FIA/ISC actions - Mosley / Ecclestone questions ----------------------------------------------------------------- Dear Sirs, being informed several times that the ISC, or more precisely, Mr. Ecclestone, and the FIA / Mr. Mosley, are reacting in a diverting and avoiding manner, we would like to give you the following informations: 1. FIA / Mr. Mosley was informed about the action by our fax from 28 february 97. 2. ISC / Mr. Ecclestone was informed about the action by our fax from 28 february 97. 3. The official postal delivery of the action to the FIA was on the 24 march 97 in Paris by registered mail and acknowledged reply. 4. The first attempt to hand over the action to the ISC in London failed, because Mr. Ecclestone, according to the information he gave the post-office official, "The defendant is known to be away for long periods of time - address is empty - date of return not known". 5. On the april 30 97 the ISC / Mr. Ecclestone got the action in the official, certified translated form sent by fax with a note that he would be now in a position to comment in detail on questions of the journalists addressed to him in his capacity as a representative of the ISC and of the FIA. We assume that the relevant contacts are informed from now on in this matter and therefore are able to answer your questions more intensively.
